Room for improvement!

Check-in was kinda slow, but the location's solid near downtown. The room was basic, felt a bit outdated. AC was okay, but the TV was an older model and tricky to use. At least the fridge worked after 24hrs! Breakfast was decent, but they could’ve had more staff around during busy times. Overall, just needs some sprucing up.

Bathroom faucet struggled to provide adequate flow!!! Basic toiletries missing, such as shampoo and paper goods!!! Shower pressure problematic, making it impractical to use effectively for anyone with mobility issues!!!

The location was perfect for exploring downtown, and I appreciated the free shuttle service to get around easily.

The hotel is just a few steps from incredible attractions like the old florida museum and the colonial quarter, making it a perfect base for exploring the city's rich history while enjoying park views on leisurely walks. the comfortable bed provided a quiet setting for good nights of rest, which I really appreciated during my busy trip.

Enjoyed my stay with friendly staff and a fantastic downtown location! The nearby restaurants offered delicious options, which made dining easy. Just be aware of some needed upgrades in the rooms. Consider asking for fresh towels upon arrival. A few tweaks would enhance the experience!

Staying in a large suite made our family trip enjoyable, especially after a fun trolley tour seeing landmarks like Castillo de San Marcos. The space had everything we needed, and the pool provided a great way to unwind together after long days exploring. Our room was cozy, and my parent felt relaxed too!

My kids wished there were more breakfast options available, especially extra waffle makers for us to use. It would also help if the ice machines worked properly on every floor for easier access. A little more attention on these would really enhance family stays.

The coffee options also fell short, with only decaf available for a while. Despite these issues, I enjoyed the calm environment and easy access to local sights.
